Warning

Do not allow the Palm’s batteries to go completely dead. If they do, all of the volatile memory, including

Scientech programs, will be erased.

We recommend that the batteries be replaced as soon as the low battery indicator is visible on the Palm’s

display. Please understand that the Palm will maintain its memory for only 1 minute without batteries

installed. It is imperative that charged batteries be installed as soon as the old ones are removed.

If your Palm does erase the Scientech programs please contact Scientech’s Customer Service Department.

They will be able to provide, at a nominal cost, an expansion card that will allow you to restore the

Scientech programs.
